Previously we talked about the Boot Timer that able to monitor how fast a system can boot up from BIOS to Windows. Of course the faster it will be better, but whenever it slows down one day, you may wonder what could have happened to your PC. One of the common issues could be the system is trying to load certain programs during the system start up, and eventually slows down the whole booting process. If you would like to figure out what programs are loading and are looking for simple way to terminate them during next reboot cycle, this tiny software utility may help you. Named as Startup Manager, it manages and monitors the whole loading programs so that you can optimize and speed up the system boot up for more effective daily tasks.

Bob Lee Swagger, one of the world’s great marksmen and the son of a Congressional Medal of Honoree, is a loner living in the Rockies. He’s left the military, having been hung out to dry in a secret Ethiopian mission a few years before, when he’s recruited by a lisping colonel to help find a way that the President of the US might be assassinated in one of three cities in the next two weeks. He does his work, but the shot is fired notwithstanding and Bob Lee is quickly the fall guy: wounded and hunted by thousands, he goes to ground and, aided by two unlikely allies, searches for the truth and for those who double-crossed him.

It’s amazing to me how average low brow comedies like this show up in the top 250 ahead of real deserving movies such as “The Odd Couple”, “Plains, Trains, and Automobiles”, and “The Naked Gun”, but I would guess thats because a lot of the teenage and college movie goers rate this one high . Anyway, I went to see this the other night and got a few laughs and a chuckle or two every once in a while. But it was hard for me to get past the notion that this beautiful, successful, career woman would want anything to do with a dopey, unemployed, bonghead who doesn’t shave once in the entire movie. Just the fact that he tossed his condom away right before the moment and didn’t tell her and she only gets a little upset and still wants to be with this guy? Ridiculous! Anyways if you want a few sophomoric laughs and decent acting, this is OK.

And drive he does as Michael Bay translates the Transformers world of animation and toys to the big screen.
But before I get ahead of myself I have to admit I never watched even a single episode growing up. I had just hit high school and I wasn’t interested. So there wasn’t any real baggage involved either side of the coin.
Yet there I sat in the first public screening anywhere on the planet (June 12th in Sydney, Australia, with Michael Bay introducing it) and it just overwhelmed me and everyone else! There was never a dull moment, the script flowed easily, the acting was first-rate and the seamlessness of the CGI and live action was taken to another level.
It’s going to be the hit of the summer and was better than any of the big third installment trilogies I have just also seen. And I love each of those franchises.
Congratulations on a movie that not only met expectations but exceeded them.

Inspired by actual events that occurred in 1920s-era Los Angeles, Clint Eastwood’s “Changeling” tells the story of a woman driven to confront a corrupted LAPD after her abducted son is retrieved and she begins to suspect that the boy returned to her is not the same boy she gave birth to. The year was 1928, and the setting a working-class suburb of Los Angeles. As Christine (Angelina Jolie) said goodbye to her son, Walter, and departed for work, she never anticipated that this was the day her life would be forever changed. Upon returning home, Christine was distressed to discover that Walter was nowhere to be found. Over the course of the following months, the desperate mother would launch a search that would ultimately prove fruitless. Yet just when it seemed that all hope was lost, a nine-year-old boy claiming to be Christine’s son seemed to appear out of thin air. Overcome with emotions and uncertain how to face the authorities or the press, Christine invites the child to stay in her home despite knowing without a doubt that he is not her son. As much as Christine would like to accept the fact that her son has been returned to her, she cannot accept the injustice being pushed upon her and continues to challenge the Prohibition-era Los Angeles police force at every turn. As a result, Christine is slandered by the powers that be, and painted as an unfit mother. In this town, a woman who challenges the system is putting her life on the line, and as the situation grows desperate, the only person willing to aid her in her search is benevolent local activist Reverend Briegleb (John Malkovich).
